Inform
We will inform credit bureaus and your creditors that you have applied for debt review. Once you are under debt review no legal action can be taken against you by any credit provider. We will access your financial information and verify this with your creditors and restructure a new debt repayment plan with reduced monthly instalments.
Restructure
We will then propose the restructured plan to your credit providers. If they accept our proposal it is made an Order of Court and all parties must abide by it. You will then have one monthly payment to a PDA (Payment Distribution Agency) as appointed by government that will distribute your money to all your credit providers. If they do not accept our proposal we can take action through courts for the debt plan to be accepted.
